Anti Roll Bar Replacement

Looking to replace the front ARB on my zc31s, just wondering how hard it is. Possible to do without a ramp? Does the sub-frame have to be dropped? what kind of time scale? Two people necessary?

The sub-frame would need to be dropped as the ARB is covered by the steering rack.
Not too bad a job, just support the engine from the top when you remove the rear engine mount.
