Gear shifting problem
Quote from Erwin Burton on May 5, 2022, 2:15 amHello, I’m new here. Hav alil problem with my Zc31s. I’m not sure if it’s gearbox, clutch/pressure plate or hydraulic system(clutch master cylinder, lines or slave cylinder) so the problem is I experience difficulties in shifting in gears especially 1st. But it doesn’t happen all the time. It’s sort of happens more frequently when the car is hot. But if I rev alil the gear will go in more easily. I’m wondering if anyone could point me in d right direction. Don’t wanna spend on d wrong parts

If this has not been done for a whilst this might be the issue, especially since you say it tends to do it when hot. Check to see if there are any leaks from the slave/master cylinders too. If its not these, I'm afraid its gearbox off time and then your as well fitting a new clutch and release bearing.
When was the clutch last done and at what mileage?
And at what kinda speed are you trying to get into 1st gear at?... 1st is always hard to get into if you are moving above a crawling speed.
