Moyz's ZC33S

12

Hey guys, thought I'd introduce myself...(for the second time 😁)

Got a ZC33S a couple of months ago, absolutely loving it so far. Got loads of plans for it but I have other more important things (like moving house) to sort out before I can go crazy 😈

Heres some pics of how the wee monster is looking now. Hope you enjoy 👍

Very nice in white !
How to remove shift knob?

Thanks Phil 👍

The shift knob just twists off anti-clockwise but it takes quite a bit of effort as it is glued on. I used a rubber strap wrench to do it so I didnt damage the original knob.

Merci, glued? hum, like ZC31S !

Its threaded AND glued! Seems a bit overkill...I actually hurt my back taking it off 😲

Here's another pic of my 33 plus a cheeky pic of my last car. The 33 feels just as quick as the ATR...a different type of quick too though. The ATR's power was more digital, you could only granny it or drive it balls out. The 33 is much more civilised for daily driving, and you get power throughout the whole rev range.

Hope you enjoy 👍

Nice looking car, i have a white one too 🙂

I'm rubbish with cars, but noticed you've taken the suzuki and sport badges off the back, are these easy to remove? Are they glued or screwed on?

Cheers mate 😁

Its easy to debadge, just need a hair dryer or a heat gun and some dental floss...

You heat up the badge untill you can wobble it a wee bit and then you use the dental floss to 'saw' through the sticky tape stuff between the badge and the paint. Just take your time, DO NOT RUSH and try pulling the badge off...I've seen people rip off patches of laquer along with their badges doing this 😆

I usually use IPA or some kind of 'sticky stuff remover' and a microfiber cloth to remove any sticky stuff thats left. After that I then use Meguiars Crystal Paint Cleaner and then wax to finish off.

Lovely 🙂 cheers for that nice detailed response, will give it a try in the new year for sure!

Tasty new forged and lightweight Project Mu locking nuts...😍
