I'm in Japan so if anyone is looking for JDM parts, I'll do my best to hook it up.

I thought the sound system was fine on the stock car until i used it for few months and everything started to rattle. I wish i could do a sound system like you did with a subwoofer, but i dont understand how to set-up a system like that and neither i have the money to do it, yikes.. I recommend you doing some butyl sound deadening to keep those vibrations out, and also the door trims vibrate a lot usually around the plastic clips so you may want to insulate them individually if you havent already, or maybe thats just the case for me. I also think that the clear plastic inside the doors create a lot of unnessecary noise when bass hits. It looks good, i hope you enjoy it. Is it manual or auto?

Quote from Tommy Nagao on May 9, 2024, 3:08 amThe carbon protectors are a bit pricey. I think they were just under £45. Oddly enough these protectors are a Thailand original Suzuki original and not Japan original.
If you want, I can guide you with the sound system when you've got the cash. I used to install them professionally but since I don't have access to the required tools, my install is a simple install. Not fancy.
I was planning on sounds deadening but I'm researching about materials. Contemplating AliExpress or go with branded like Technica since it's so popular in Japan. But the price difference is insane. 1 set of doors by Technica costs the same as doing the entire car from AliExpress!
My car is Auto. Chose auto for 3 reasons.
1. Wife drives it(probably the only real reason)
2. Traffic in Japan isn't that great, and it's my fault driver.
3. I heard these cars can have clutch problems.

Quote from Okan Burak on May 9, 2024, 8:07 amAs far as i know, Aliexpress only have few options for butyl sound deadeners. Other cheap ones are just foam which i actually used for my car but obviously it makes zero difference. I didn’t know these cars had clutch problems? Well my car is auto as well because traffic is not good. 45 bucks a LOT for them protectors but my door handles look awful, they been scratched in a bad way. This is my Zc33s.

Uploaded files:Quote from Tommy Nagao on May 9, 2024, 9:17 amYeah, I wondered if the AliExpress ones were worth it or not. I don't even know if the Audio Technica ones are even worth it for the price. I only heard about the clutch problems. With that in mind, I have no idea if it's their driving or not (the kid is in his early 20s and kids in Japan can't drive until their 18).
Your car looks nice. Could use a bath. I also spent money on coating the unpainted resin. Basically the plastic parts around the fog lights, the plastic where the wipers are, the grill in front (that was annoying) plus the pillar in the back where the handles are. Coated to prevent fading.

Foam ones on the other hand, makes zero difference which i knew it wouldn't but still wanted to give it a try. This is a picture of my car the first day it got delivered to my country, bought it used with 25k kilometers, it was grade 3.5 so it has some minor damage and scratches, it also got some damage when in transit, now i have small crack on my windshield and a little bit smash on my roof, it does not bother me though. Also for the plastic bits, the cheapest alternative to wax or plastic restorer is dashboard gloss, i'm not kidding. After i washed my car i tried dashboard shining spray for the carbon-ish bits of the car, side skirts, back and the front grills, and it turned out perfect. It probably does not last that long for me it lasted like a week but its cheap and spreading it is so easy, i just used a sponge and sprayed my gloss to the sponge then spread it to the plastic bits, it looked so good under 10 minutes.

Quote from Tommy Nagao on May 9, 2024, 9:47 amTechnically, the foam is only supposed to bounce back the sound back into the cabin so it'll sound clearer and won't be lost outward.
I was thinking to go with this

As for the plastic bits, mine is supposed to stay for a year or so. But it takes a long time to coat all of it. I was thinking to forget it and get stuff from "Second stage" to cover it up.

Quote from Okan Burak on May 9, 2024, 10:03 amIt was the exact product i have used from aliexpress, it wont make difference if you just use that. Use more expensive (killmat or dynamat) type of deadener. On top of those this would be fine for extra deadening but it doesn’t make any difference if you just use this. I can recommend you using rubber seal between the doors, its cheap and it does make some difference.

You seal the doors with this and it blocks some amount of wind noise, i can tell you that this works and actually does improve things a bit.
