Brendan, please let us know the outcome, do not forget to also re tight the preload nut a little bit.
ps. also please share pictures of the custom made bushings, are they being done under your request or they are already made and for sale??.

@gonzagnr Thanks for the info on the custom bushing. I have a clicking sound that comes from the front left section of the steering rack. The dealer said to me its the steering rack/tie rod end. So figured I may as well do the custom bushing like you mention.

Just a question, why do you need to adjust the preload nut?
