ZC33S CTC Performance Parts

Parts in development are as follows:
CTC Cat Back System Priced from £549.99+VAT its made from 304 Stainless fully mandrel bent so not to restrict flow. There are a few options such as different tips, with and without silencer in the centre pipe and we are also testing a resonator for the centre pipe to quieten the unsilenced version a little. All in stock ready to ship and designed with freight in mind shipping around the world is reasonably priced!
CTC Down Pipe with and without 200Cel Sport Cat. This will be sold with the link pipe as the OEM Down Pipe is only 42mm Diameter so its not possible to sell just the link pipe or down pipe separately without it becoming restrictive. Still in development price TBA should be ready January 2019
CTC Intake Kit, should be priced from £233.33+VAT we will be offering Open Pod or it will be offered with GRP or Carbon Air Box to keep out the hot air under the engine bay. First prototype will be tested in Jan 2019.
CTC Oil Filler Cap, Price TBA but it will be offered in several Anodised finishes. Due in around 2-3 months.
CTC Turbo, price from £792.00+VAT on exchange basis but we can supply without exchange. Our turbo will come with Billet Compressor wheel and new Turbo Wheel to allow more flow than the factory unit. Currently in development due for launch Jan 2019.
CTC Intercooler, priced from £458.33+VAT the factory cooler is inefficient however our cooler has been proven to drop Air Inlet Temperatures by on average 26.5°C giving more power and torque and allows us to raise the rev limit without crazy high inlet temps. Unlike our competitors who have gone with a bigger is better approach our kit fits with Euro Models with Cruise Control Sensor and although not the biggest intercooler the design is so efficient it creates more power, lower temps and does not suffer with power loss lower in the rev range where the turbo struggles to fill the huge void... Ready to order now and currently in manufacture.
CTC ECU tuning lots of options available best to contact us but plenty of additional power and torque can be achieved.
More to come in future with regards to chassis tuning so keep tuned for details.

I have a question for everybody that has the silenced version of the cat back system under their ZC33S. I absolutely love the sound of this exhaust in general however I have pretty loud cabin drone at 2500 RPM (ears ring in 5/6th gear). Is anybody else having this with the silenced version? I’m trying to figure out if this is normal and I have to get used to it or if it’s not mounted properly.
